Booking Policy

Enquiry and quotation

An enquiry is not a booking. A quotation is valid only for the period stated and remains subject to availability, supplier confirmation, currency movement, taxes, fees and operational feasibility. Your quotation states the price basis, inclusions, exclusions and conditions.

Planned group departures

Published from-prices are based on planned departures of 6 or 12 guests. A different group size or private departure requires a separate quotation. If a planned departure does not reach its required number, LLIZWE will discuss the available alternatives in accordance with your quotation and applicable terms.

Confirmation and payment

A booking is confirmed only after the required information and cleared payment or deposit have been received and LLIZWE issues written confirmation. A payment acknowledgement alone does not confirm accommodation, rooms, activities, flights or rates.

Pay only through the approved account or payment method identified in your written quotation.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Routes, timing, transport, accommodation or activities may need to change because of availability, safety, weather, regulation or supplier action. Cancellation charges, refund rules and any non-refundable supplier costs are stated in your quotation and applicable terms.

Guest responsibilities

Provide accurate information, maintain appropriate travel insurance and documents, follow safety instructions and comply with supplier rules. Contact LLIZWE promptly regarding complaints, serious incidents, lost documents or payment concerns.
